Tilt Rods

Because the tilt rod is mounted in front of the shutters, it’s easy to tilt open your shutter louvers so light can come in and completely close them for more privacy. 

You can also choose our rear-mounted tilt rod, which is an easy and practical way to enjoy the look of a hidden tilt rod, but is less expensive than an internally mounted gear mechanism. There’s a thin metal strip on the back corner of each louver that regulates the movement of your plantation shutters.
